Exiting for Navratri 2025

Navratri is coming up, and guess what? It’s the longest dance festival in the world! We’re celebrating Garba for nine whole nights. Garba is our traditional dance with music, and we do it to pray to our beloved Ambe Durga.

In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we have an amazing Vibrant Navratri that lasts for nine days every year. It’s all thanks to our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, who inspired this vibrant celebration. The Gujarat Tourism department organises this event every year.

Every evening, there are competitions of playing Garba among groups from all over Gujarat. It’s a sight to behold! We also have beautiful exhibitions of traditional cultural art and crafts, gaming zones for the kids, and a food zone with all sorts of delicious dishes.

On every night, we gather together in our community to pray to Ambe Aarti with our diyas. We wear our traditional clothes and dance the Garba Dandiya until late into the night. It’s a time to enjoy ourselves with our family and friends, and let’s not forget to do Garba together!
